Dancing in the Rainforest

These images are the result of a slow walk along the Hall of Mosses trail in the Hoh Rainforest of the Olympic National Park.  I was inspired by the shapes and movement of the trees, as if happy dancing in their lush environment.  But the experience of walking through this forest is much more than visual; it's so full of life that you can feel it with every step and taste it with every breath. It's more of what the Japanese call Shinrin Yoku, or "Forest Bathing".  Hopefully you experience some of that as you view these images.
